RJ Brown | Donovan

Graduating in 2012 as a Musical Theater major from Norfolk, VA, RJ has participated in a number of musicals/plays at the University of Michigan. His credits outside of the University include performing at the West Virginia Public Theater, Virginia Musical Theater, and The Muny. Throughout high school he had a recurring role on the Emmy award winning educational science program NASA Sci-Files. He can be seen as Brad Gimble in the feature film Home of the Giants alongside Haley Joel Osment and Ryan Merriman. Following his role in Zug, he appeared on CW’s The Carrie Diaries and in the forthcoming second season of Thirteen Reasons Why. RJ currently lives and works in New York.


Jeffrey Freelon | Lee

Jeffery Owen Freelon Jr. is a junior at the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre, and Dance with a B.F.A in acting. He was born and bred on the south side of Chicago, Illinois where he first found theatre in church. Jeffery has played roles ranging from Walter Younger of “A Raisin in The Sun” to John Proctor of “The Crucible” and began satisfying his curiosity for film by playing Lee, which he said is “one of the most enjoyable roles I have ever played, simply because I get to be me.” Jeffrey now lives in Chicago, IL, where he regularly appears on stage.


Samantha Massell | Clare

Samantha Massell is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BFA in Musical Theatre and a BA in English. She’s performed on Broadway, regionally, and on a variety of stages on campus. She currently lives and works in New York.


Reed Campbell | Richard

Reed is a graduate of The University of Michigan with a B.F.A. in acting. He currently lives and works in New York, where he regularly appears on stage.
